Because of some reason such as the lighting effects, monitor's brightness/contrast settings etc, there maybe some slight differences in the color tone of the item's photo and the actual item.

Miniature items are handmade so there may be slight differences from the ones pictured.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

► The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders, Perishable products (like flowers), Digital downloads, Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Full refund is given for the item purchased, shipping costs not included.
• Within 30 days of your purchase and there are major issues with the items you received, you may be eligible for an exchange. The product does not have to be returned but we require a picture of the current state of the product received. No exchanges for products after 30 days of purchase.

SHIPPING:

► All items are carefully inspected before shipment.

• We usually ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment.
  

► Shipping First Class Mail via USPS.

• Items will be shipped to the address entered by the customer upon checkout.
• International buyers accepted.
  

► For Digital Creations Only: Files will be sent to your Email address as soon as possible or within 24 hours after purchase and payment cleared. If you would prefer another email, please leave me a note letting me know where to send it. Some listing are available for immediate downloads.

• Digital CUSTOM Orders: Processing Time is 4 weeks.
